A factory building in the very center of Minsk has been put up for sale on the IPM-Torgi auction platform. The object is located at Kulman Street, 1/4, writes Blizko.by.
This is one of the buildings of the Ordzhonikidze Computer Technology Plant. The year of construction is not specified in the advertisement, only the total area of the lot — 6,205 square meters — is known. The seller is Magnet Trade LLC.
The advertisement notes that the first photo is illustrative. Apparently, the real appearance of the building in it is significantly embellished, and the original shot looks different.
