On the evening of February 19, a 36-year-old resident of Senitsa was visiting an acquaintance in the village of Uradzhaynaya. The man and woman were drinking windshield washer fluid diluted with water, writes Prislalica.by.

The woman drank at least two glasses. The liquid, presumably, contained methanol.
That same evening, she was taken in a coma to the Minsk Central District Clinical Hospital. A blood test taken upon admission showed an alcohol content of 2.96 per mille. Doctors diagnosed methanol poisoning.
The woman's condition was assessed as extremely severe. On February 23, the woman died.
