MARG inspected filling stations across Belarus. Every second one had violations
The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade monitored 105 filling stations and found violations in every second facility, the MARG press service reported.

Violations of legislation were found in every second facility. Among the most frequent violations is the failure to comply with the mandatory list of goods.
In 4 retail facilities of filling stations in the Mogilev region, the sale of "expired goods" worth over 130 rubles was prohibited, and in 5 facilities in the Gomel region — 10 items for a total of 49.50 rubles.
Remarks also concerned the open display of tobacco products, the lack of information on the prohibition of selling alcohol, tobacco, and matches to minors, the absence of price tags and name badges for staff, and the failure to provide information about the complaint book. At some filling stations, goods with state symbols were not visually highlighted.
Following the inspections, 29 recommendations for eliminating violations and 8 injunctions prohibiting the sale of goods with expired shelf lives were issued, the department emphasized.
Despite individual remarks, overall, MARG specialists noted that most filling stations were clean and orderly.
