In Gomel, a car hit two teenagers on a scooter

In Gomel, the first road accident of the season involving an electric scooter was recorded, in which two minors were injured.

The incident occurred on Saturday evening, around 9:30 PM, on Sovetskaya Street.

According to preliminary information from the State Automobile Inspectorate (GAI), 15-year-old and 17-year-old teenagers were riding on one scooter.

They rode onto a pedestrian crossing against a prohibitive red traffic light signal, where they were hit by a car.

Both boys were hospitalized. Their condition has not been reported.
