"My parents initially saw me in a different profession, they discouraged me: 'This is a man's job, it will be hard for a girl.' They wanted me to become a cook-confectioner, hairdresser, or salesperson, but I insisted on my own. Of course, it was difficult for them to let their daughter go into such a field, but over time they came to terms with it," Aliaksandra told sb.by.
In total, in the large family where Aliaksandra grew up, there are six children, and she is the second oldest. From a young age, the girl helped her parents with animals, in the garden, and also with her younger brothers and sister. She sat behind the wheel of a tractor for the first time at 15 years old.

By the way, in the Maskaleichyk family, the profession of a tractor driver is a tradition. Aliaksandra's grandfather worked in the field behind the wheel, and her choice was influenced by her older brother Aliaksei, who was the first to enroll in the Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College as a tractor driver-machinist. Sasha, by the way, was the only girl in her group, but this did not bother her at all.
The girl works at the "Biahomlskaie" farm by assignment.
Aliaksandra talks about her schedule.
"I wake up every day at six in the morning: wash, have breakfast — and immediately go to the farm. No makeup, no manicures... The working day is from eight to five, seven days a week. That's our specific nature, because agriculture doesn't wait. The main task is to feed the cows. A dispenser is attached to my tractor, through which the feed mixture is spread for the animals as I move."
Aliaksandra also repairs the tractor herself. She works on a small MTZ-320.2 (36 horsepower), but dreams of switching to something bigger in the future, ideally a MAZ. She also plans to enroll in university and master an engineering profession.
The girl's salary is, on average, about 2000 rubles.

At the farm, Aliaksandra also met her boyfriend — machine operator Ivan Nasennik.
"It's too early for me to get married," says the girl. "I understand that marriage and a child are a great responsibility. Up to 5-6 years old, children should constantly be at home with their mother, under supervision. And I'm not ready to leave agriculture yet, even if not forever."
