Lukashenka's loyalists have decided to tackle large income disparities within companies. Directors with excessively high salaries will start being fined.

If the head of an organization earns many times more than other employees, this can result not just in an inspection, but also punishment. The authorities' initiative was discussed on ONT TV.
Formal rules already exist. Today, a manager's salary should not exceed the average for the team by more than 8 times, and in the public sector and state-owned holdings — by 3.5 times.
But propagandists complain that these norms are often ignored in practice. Therefore, Lukashenka's loyalists intend to adopt amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which will tighten control over bosses' salaries and introduce financial responsibility.
If an inspection determines non-compliance with the norms, the manager will face a fine of 15 to 30 base units, i.e., up to 1350 rubles. Additionally, they want to start fining the organization itself — up to 200% of the amount of "excessive" payments.
For now, the amendments are only being prepared; afterwards, they must pass through parliament and be signed by Lukashenka.
