In Vileyka District, an Old Village House Was Transformed into a Creative Space
It was decided to sell a wooden village house built in 1940 in the village of Yarmolichi, Vileyka district. Ten minutes from it flows the Iliya River, which empties into the Vileyka Reservoir. The large plot borders a forest, which has turned this house into a place for a creative introvert, writes Realt.by.

The village of Yarmolichi is located approximately 60 kilometers from the Minsk Ring Road (MKAD) in the Maladzyechna direction. Three kilometers in a straight line from Yarmolichi is the agro-town of Vyazyn, where there are shops, a school, and a House of Culture. Yarmolichi is surrounded by forest, and just over a kilometer from the house is the beach of the Iliya River.

After reconstruction, the wooden house retained its stove, which was harmoniously integrated into the renovated interior. New wiring was installed here, the roof and floor were insulated, and the window sills and stairs were made of oak. A second floor was added to the house, where a bedroom with large windows offering a view of the forest was located. Amenities — a shower and a toilet — were also equipped in the house.
