"So take the piss-soaked alcoholic home and nurse him." Young hospital department head doesn't hold back in his social media expressions
Aliaksei Hreitsar, head of the traumatology department at Kastsiukovichy Central Hospital, doesn't limit himself by ethics. He writes on Threads that not all people should be saved, and advises young colleagues to "f*** their calling."

Aliaksei Hreitsar graduated from Gomel State Medical University with a specialization in surgery. He studied on a targeted referral from the Mogilev region. His academic performance was mediocre – his GPA was very low, ranking third from the bottom among surgeons who graduated with Aliaksei.
As recently as 2024, "Holos Kastsiukoushchyny" (Voice of Kastsiukovichy region) wrote about Aliaksei Hreitsar as a budding but promising young doctor. At that time, the central district hospital resumed performing hip replacement surgeries, and Aliaksei participated in them alongside a more experienced colleague.

Less than two years later, Hreitsar is already listed on the website of Kastsiukovichy Central District Hospital as the head of the traumatology department.
In his free time, the man engages in powerlifting and also leads an active social life on Threads.

A woman living in the Czech Republic and engaged in charity work noticed the doctor's strange behavior on social media. Hreitsar tried to introduce himself to her: "Hi, let's get acquainted. It was always interesting to communicate with a foreigner; we won't be ass-kissing, I'm normal."

To be frank: not the best way to start a dialogue. Tatiana decided to look at the comments the doctor leaves – and was unpleasantly surprised.
On social media, Aliaksei doesn't ignore posts about someone calling an ambulance for an intoxicated person.
Aliaksei's aggression was triggered by a story from a guy who said he felt awkward calling 103 because he was worried about an intoxicated man with a broken head. The young man admitted he was upset when he saw the negative reaction from the medics: "I'm not angry at the ambulance staff in any way; maybe they were just tired, but then I felt like I just gave them extra work."

Hreitsar replied: "Because that's exactly what it is, you dumped a piss-soaked bum on them and also on the surgeons, good job, hero." He also advised the guy to say thank you for "not being pissed on." And added: "So take the piss-soaked alcoholic home and nurse him."
Another guy shared how, one night in January, he stood for 40 minutes next to a heavily intoxicated young man, and then made the ambulance take the person to the hospital – because he was worried that the man would simply die in the frost.
Here, Aliaksei reacted specifically again. To the phrase "God forbid you end up with doctors for whom paperwork is more important than a person's condition in front of them," he replied: "Don't end up there, there are enough of you already, and gather bums and alcoholics at home if your maiden heart aches."

Hreitsar also gives interesting advice to young colleagues. To a girl (a medical intern) who asked for advice before her first day at a state polyclinic, he wrote: "Stock up on antidepressants. A polyclinic is a damn circus with rabid animals." And then added:
"F*** your calling, get your category (certification) or whatever you have there, and ditch it for a private practice."

He also joked about a recent incident where a 16-year-old boy lost his spleen due to a conflict: "The provocateur had his spleen removed, that should be enough for him."

There are also strange work stories: "Yesterday I set an old woman's fracture and tore the skin on her forearm."
Sometimes he also publishes photos from the operating room.
Aliaksei also shared his achievements on social media: "I became head of the department, bought a one-bedroom apartment, bought a car, I have a child."
Meanwhile, on Threads, Aliaksei actively writes insulting comments to women.
