The Ministry of Communications and Informatization issued an order according to which the enterprise "Belsayuzdruk" is being merged with "Belpochta". Information about the intention to do this appeared earlier, but now everything is officially formalized.

From April 30, 2026, "Belsayuzdruk" as a separate structure will cease to exist, and its retail outlets — kiosks and pavilions — will become part of "Belpochta"'s retail network. The completion of all organizational work and the full transition is planned for early May.
For ordinary consumers, not much will change. After the merger, newspapers, magazines, books, stationery, and other daily necessities will continue to be sold in kiosks and pavilions. All agreements with publishers and suppliers will remain in force, but now through "Belpochta".
Subscribed print publications, previously arranged through "Belsayuzdruk", can be received at kiosks or "Belpochta" branches. The specific collection point will be communicated additionally.
Before this, the enterprise "Belsayuzdruk" came under the subordination of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization instead of the Ministry of Information. As of November 1, 2025, its structure included 660 retail outlets (258 pavilions, 321 kiosks, 28 stores, 53 retail outlets in buildings (in leased premises) in Minsk, as well as in all regions of the country (about 100 settlements). The "Belsayuzdruk" system itself has existed for more than 100 years.
