In Belarus, the operations of the "Literary Light" publishing house have been suspended for three months. This decision was made by the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus.

The reason cited is the publishing house's violation of legislation in the field of publishing activities. According to the Ministry of Information, the publishing house was issuing printed materials without properly registered technical documentation. Specifically, there was no information available to determine who the publisher was, as well as the type and circulation of the products.
This violates the requirements of the law "On Publishing," which regulates the activities of publishing houses in the country and defines mandatory norms for the release of printed products.
"Literary Light" is a subsidiary structure of the public association "Belarusian Literary Union 'Polotsk Branch'." During the suspension of its registration, the publishing house will effectively be unable to engage in its core activities.
