Belarusbank reduced interest rates on housing loans

Rates have been lowered in several areas, including mortgages.

Belarusbank today reduced interest rates on loans:

Loans for the construction (reconstruction) of residential premises, the acquisition of an unfinished conserved capital building on a land plot designated for housing construction, as well as for the construction of residential premises by acquiring housing bonds in an apartment building will now be at 15.9% per annum.

Loans for the construction of residential premises in an apartment building for citizens who have entered into agreements with state developers — 14.9% per annum.

Acquisition of residential premises: when purchasing on the secondary market — 16.9% per annum; from a developer — 15.9%.

Loan "Mortgage Express": when purchasing on the secondary market — 16.9% per annum (for citizens registered as needing housing — 15.5% per annum, it was 18.25%); from a developer — 15.9% per annum (it was 16.65%).

Loan "Time to Build" — 14.9% per annum.

Loan "Mortgage with Us" (within the framework of partnership programs) — the interest rate has been reduced starting from the 13th month: when concluding an agreement with a state developer — to 14.9% per annum; with developers of non-state ownership — to 15.9% per annum.

Loan "Buddom" — 15.9% per annum.

Loan "Mortgage Refinancing" — 16.9% per annum.
