Priest Akalatovich's Confiscated Land Plot Went Unsold After Three Auctions
Now it may be transferred to the state, writes "Christian Vision".

It was previously reported that among the property confiscated from priest Henry Akalatovich and put up for sale was a land plot. The plot, located in the village of Novaya Mysh, Baranavichy district, with an area of 0.12 ha, was put up for sale with an initial price of 6600 rubles. Bids were announced for February 24, April 7, and May 14. But no one registered for them.
Yesterday, an important announcement appeared regarding the plot (the same was true for one of the priest's unsold icons):
the claimant is offered to confirm consent to keep the confiscated property as repayment for the debt under enforcement proceedings.
In other words: if the plot could not be sold, it might not be returned to the owner, but transferred to the claimant as payment for the "debt", that is, transferred to the state.
This is a continuation of the story with the property of Catholic priest Henry Akalatovich: after his release and forced departure from Belarus, the authorities, by court decision, continued the confiscation of property to repay the "alleged debt".
