The characteristics indicate that he was an "foreigner" and "PMC", and he died the day before his 31st birthday — December 18, 2022.
A person with exactly the same personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, and date of birth) is contained in databases that were once maintained by the projects "Dzikaye Palyavanne" (Wild Hunt), "luka.zone", etc.
It states that Luhavouski was a police officer-driver of the 1st company of the 3rd platoon of OMON of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee, a police senior sergeant:
"He actively participated in the suppression of peaceful protest actions. For particular brutality and zeal, he received approval from his superiors."
