In Hungary, a hare jumped into a scooter rider's face and knocked him to the ground
An unusual road accident occurred near Budapest: there, a wild hare literally knocked a man off an electric scooter during a high jump. The Hungarian TV channel Tények reported the incident.

The injured Daniel Kovács said he was traveling at a speed of 35 kilometers per hour. The collision happened completely unexpectedly when the animal, mid-jump, reached the level of his head.
The hare flew straight into the driver's face, after which the man lost control and fell onto the asphalt.
The man admitted that he was greatly surprised by the very fact that such a thing was even possible.
Dashcam footage showed that after the collision, the animal immediately fled into the field.
The driver himself only sustained a blow — his helmet and protective gear saved him from serious injuries.
The Hungarian Hunting Chamber explained that under stress, hares can accelerate up to 70 kilometers per hour and jump up to five meters high. In this case, the animal simply didn't understand where the threat was coming from, got confused, and jumped towards the approaching object.
