Pensioner forgot about 18-year-old deal, experts helped sort out the case
A man contacted the police, reporting that his 86-year-old grandmother had lost her house and land plot due to illegal re-registration of property.

It turned out that in 2008, the woman concluded a purchase and sale agreement, according to which she alienated the property.
However, the woman now claims that she did not sign the agreement, and the signature in the document is not hers, but belongs to another person.
A handwriting examination was appointed to resolve the contentious issue. During the examination of the signature and entry in the agreement, an expert from the State Forensic Examination Committee concluded that they were made by the pensioner herself.
As it turned out, the woman currently has a number of diseases that contribute to cognitive impairment. She had forgotten that the plot with the house had been sold eighteen years ago.
