How did the story of the BSUIR lecturer who appealed to Lukashenka about an 87-ruble salary end?

BSUIR will have to reinstate employment relations with Dzmitry Anoshka according to a court decision, writes devby.io.

In spring, Dzmitry Anoshka recorded an appeal to Lukashenka — he spoke about conflicts with the BSUIR administration and "sabotage of state policy in the field of education." The BSUIR administration dismissed him after his contract expired ("kicked him out into the cold"), but due to a staff shortage, allowed him to teach under new conditions. As a result, his salary for November 2025 amounted to 87 rubles.

On June 8, on his YouTube channel "Prepod za edu" (Teacher for edu), the lecturer announced that the judicial board of the Minsk City Court had ruled in his favor. The court obliged the university to reinstate employment relations with Dzmitry Anoshka from November 1, 2025.

A fragment of the document published by Dzmitry Anoshka on his YouTube channel

— The High Court sided with us, — summarized Dzmitry Anoshka.

However, there's a nuance: the lecturer, together with a lawyer, analyzed the documents that BSUIR provided him for signing after the court decision and remained dissatisfied. In his opinion, the university might be "playing with the law," "trying to somehow circumvent and play out the situation in its own way."

Full reinstatement of Dzmitry Anoshka to work is not even being discussed yet. As the lecturer claims, currently the university does not plan to restore his disciplines in full.

According to Anoshka, all of this violates the continuity of disciplines and contributes to the collapse of the specialty.
