AFU struck the location of a Russian sapper regiment in Donbas

On June 5, 2026, as reported by the Telegram channel "Dossier of a Spy," a strike was carried out on the deployment location of the 90th Sapper Regiment in the settlement of Pionierske, Donetsk Oblast. It is claimed that 25 attack drones were used for the attack.

The report mentions at least three killed and five wounded Russian servicemen, and one major is missing. All these servicemen are listed by name.

It is also noted that as a result of the strike, engineering equipment, ammunition, and several units of automotive equipment were destroyed.

Earlier, the commander of the AFU Drone Systems Forces, Robert Brovdi (Madyar), reported about the strike on the deployment location of this regiment on Saturday, June 6.

Earlier, servicemen of this regiment were reportedly constructing the defensive "Surovikin Line" in occupied Kherson Oblast.
