In the Minsk region, the police identified two teenagers who, on the evening of June 26, were riding on the outside of an electric train, clinging to its exterior.
According to the police, 16-year-old and 17-year-old youths undertook a dangerous journey on a city line train on the route Minsk — Chyrvony Stsyah. An investigation is currently underway regarding this incident.
The police reminded that boarding or alighting during a train's movement, as well as riding on footboards, roofs, or other external elements of carriages, constitutes an administrative offense. A fine of up to three basic units is provided for this.
Law enforcement also urged parents to pay more attention to the prevention of such dangerous hobbies. They noted that train surfing can lead to severe injuries or death.
