Near Victory Square, an apartment with a garden under the windows and a barbecue area is for sale in an unusual house

Two-story buildings in the area of Zakharava Street are still considered elite: they are located in the center of Minsk and contain only a few apartments. In one such house, a three-room apartment with a vintage balcony is for sale. In addition, it comes with its own garden under the windows, writes Realt.by.

Zakharava Street is a unique quiet center with examples of the first post-war Soviet architecture. Local houses were considered elite and still retain their value due to their location.

The two-story brick "Stalinka" building No. 34 was built in 1952. Only 4 apartments were designed here. A three-room apartment with an area of 66.1 m² and a kitchen of 6.5 m² is currently for sale on the second floor.

The apartment is habitable but without modern renovation. It has three rooms, one of which is a walkthrough: through it, you can access the kitchen. From this room, there is also an exit to a glazed spacious balcony, which can be converted into a summer dining room, an office, or a winter garden.

The walls in the rooms are covered with wallpaper, there is various flooring, and double-glazed windows are installed.

The rooms are quite spacious, accommodating sleeping areas and storage zones.

The combined bathroom is tiled. A bathtub, boiler, and washing machine are installed here.

There is also space for wardrobes in the hallway.

The buyer also gets 15 square meters in the dry basement of the house. The main problem of the city center – the availability of parking spaces – is also solved with a closed inner courtyard.

An undeniable feature of this accommodation is the front garden directly under the windows. A fenced green area and a small number of neighbors will give a dacha feel: a garden blooms here every year, you can place garden furniture, and organize a barbecue area.

The house is located just a three-minute walk from 'Victory Square' metro station and Gorky Central Park.

The apartment was valued at 734,965 rubles (252,895 dollars).
