You need to make an imitation of a wasp's nest from an ordinary paper bag. To do this, simply take a brown or grey paper bag, crumple it firmly to give it a nest-like shape, and hang it near where people eat or relax.
The idea is that such a structure can appear to wasps as an already occupied nest. It is believed that this will make some of the insects look for another place.
If you place such an imitation in advance, it can also prevent wasps from building a nest near your house or in your garden.
If wasps are particularly persistent in visiting you, you can try using several methods at once. For example, in addition to the paper bag, you can place a basil plant on the table, spread lemon slices around the eating area, and at some distance, place some sweet fruits, such as a bunch of grapes.
Wasps are an important part of the ecosystem. Therefore, experts advise first using safe methods that simply deter insects, rather than destroying them.
