Domracheva explained why she doesn't plan to work as a coach in Belarus
What is four-time Olympic biathlon champion Darya Domracheva living for now, and whether she plans to start a coaching career in Belarus, "Tochka" asked the athlete, who turned 40 today.

Domracheva's family currently lives across three countries: Belarus, Norway, and Monaco. The Principality is the choice of the athlete's husband, the famous Norwegian biathlete Ole Einar Bjørndalen, an 8-time Olympic champion. It's comfortable, safe there, and nobody pays attention to celebrities. The couple sometimes wants peace and quiet.
When asked about a possible coaching career in her homeland, Domracheva answered negatively, although together with her husband, she coached Chinese biathletes for over two years.
"Coaching is very interesting work, but it requires complete dedication and devoting almost all of your time to the process," the athlete explains.
And growing children require a lot of attention. According to Domracheva, this is currently her main priority.
The couple has two daughters — 9-year-old Ksenia and three-year-old Mira.
As Darya says, Ksenia has many hobbies, and sports are also present.
"It's not at all necessary for Ksenia to link her life with biathlon or with sports in general. The main thing is that she likes what she does," says Domracheva.
