Turkish airline canceled flights to Moscow due to "airspace situation"
Passengers were informed that all Turkish airlines are canceling flights.
Passengers of Pegasus Airlines flight PC1456 told "Ostorozhno, novosti" (Caution, News) that they were supposed to fly from Bodrum (Turkey) to Moscow at 00:05. But the flight was canceled during boarding.
Passengers have been forced to wait for departure for more than 10 hours.
Moreover, they were informed that all Turkish airlines are canceling flights due to "the airspace situation".
"What to expect, we don't know, our Turkish side prohibits flights," the airline told tourists.
Restrictions were introduced at Vnukovo overnight. They were lifted around six in the morning. Sergey Sobyanin reported 14 UAVs shot down.
Recall that yesterday Vladimir Zelensky stated that "Russian sky will be closed." He warned all airlines and those who continue to use key airports in the Russian Federation: Russian airspace is becoming completely unsafe.
