A consortium led by investor Todd Boehly, with the participation of the state corporation DFC, plans to acquire oil fields in Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America, as well as three oil refineries in Bulgaria, Romania, and the Netherlands.
The deal will allow the resumption of operations at idle facilities, and part of the profits will go to the US treasury.
