Lukashenka declared on television screens that his family was not involved in the advertising business. But "Bureau" found out that his daughter-in-law is not wasting time.

In September 2026, Alexander Lukashenka publicly resented his family being associated with the advertising business: "It has come to the point where, it turns out, my family is involved in this [advertising]."
The firm "Creative Code," associated with Hanna Lukashenka (Seliuk), became the owner of one of the largest outdoor advertising networks in Belarus. "Bureau" uncovered new details about her business that refute the statements of the Belarusian leader.
On the balance sheet of "Creative Code" are nearly 3,000 advertising structures (large-format billboards, city formats, and digital screens) throughout Belarus: 185 in Brest, 296 in Vitebsk, 198 in Gomel, 161 in Grodno, 229 in Mogilev, and 1858 in Minsk.
According to sources from "Bureau" in this industry, the outdoor advertising market in Belarus in 2024 was estimated at least 10,000 structures. The total volume of the outdoor advertising market in 2025 amounted to 27.1 million Belarusian rubles (nearly 7.9 million euros).
Thus, it can be said that "Creative Code" manages almost a third of the entire outdoor advertising market in Belarus.
The question remains open: where could the newly created agency have obtained such a large number of advertising structures across the country in such a short time? Two independent sources informed "Bureau" on condition of anonymity that "Creative Code" acquired the assets of one of the major outdoor advertising operators in Belarus — a company with Czech capital, "Bigboard."
Another interesting detail. During the registration of the "Creative Code" website domain, the following email address was specified: [email protected].

According to leaked data, the owner of this email is Pavel Charnukhin. Thanks to the "Cyberpartisans," "Bureau" found out that he worked in the "Bigboard" structures from at least 2013 to 2024.
Not long ago, we reported that 25% of "Creative Code" belongs to firms associated with Hanna Lukashenka (15% registered to "Musical Media Company," and 10% to "ANSL Production"). The remaining 75% of "Creative Code" belongs to CJSC "KorusMedia."
The CJSC ownership structure does not provide for the disclosure of ultimate beneficiaries, but "Bureau" found out that Daria Kharuzhka is listed as the director of "KorusMedia," having worked for more than 10 years at SZAT "Safe Roads of Belarus" (the operator of the unified system for photo-fixing speed limit violations in Belarus), behind which stands businessman Dmitry Kurnosenka.

"Safe Roads of Belarus" has two owners: the Austrian firm Avonside Holdings GmbH (99.9%) and businessman Dmitry Kurnosenka (0.01%). Avonside Holdings GmbH, in turn, also belongs to two companies: the Kyrgyz "BDB Management" (35%) and the Cypriot Safe Roads Ltd. (65%). The latter is registered to Dmitry Kurnosenka himself (40%) and Russian national Anastasia Nikonova (60%) — the daughter of Russian businessman Oleg Baderie, Kurnosenka's business partner.
