In Russia, a fitness blogger died while advertising her weight loss course.
In the Russian city of Orenburg, local fitness blogger and trainer Dmitry Nuyanzin has died. He wanted to promote his weight loss course, and to do so, he deliberately began to gain weight rapidly in order to then demonstrably lose weight and demonstrate the effectiveness of his method, writes the "Kholod" publication.

A month ago, the man posted a video in which he said that he consumed about 10,000 kilocalories every day. In the video, Nuyanzin showed his "usual diet": for breakfast - pastries and half a cake, for lunch - 800 grams of dumplings with mayonnaise, for dinner - a burger and two small pizzas. During the day, he snacked on chips.
By November 18, his weight had reached 105 kilograms, meaning he had gained at least 13 kilograms in a month. In total, the guy planned to gain 25 kilograms in two months.
According to acquaintances of the man, on November 22, Nuyanzin died in his sleep from cardiac arrest. He was 30 years old and had only been married a year ago.
