Explosion at a factory in China: more than 20 dead

61 people injured.

At least 21 people were killed and 61 injured in an explosion at a pyrotechnics factory in central China, local media report.

The incident occurred on Monday at the "Liuyang Huasheng" factory in Liuyang city (Hunan province).

The city is known for its fireworks factories and pyrotechnic shows, which attract many tourists.

Калі кітайцы будавалі ў Светлагорску завод беленай цэлюлозы, на які лукашэнка выдаў указ, што будаўніцтва ажыццяўляецца паводле кітайскіх нормаў і правілаў, то загібель 1-2 работнікаў кітайцы не лічылі няшчасным выпадкам - проста спісвалі рабочую сілу, як "малацэнку". А ад 10 загінулых ужо лічылася няшчасным выпадкам, які трэба афармляць і расследаваць.
