The main innovation was the inclusion of motorcycles and small vessels subject to state registration in the list. ATVs and all-terrain swamp vehicles were also added to the list.
According to the resolution, state bodies and organizations of all forms of ownership are obliged not only to record but also to prepare equipment (including leased vehicles) for the needs of the Armed Forces. This includes the creation of sets of spare parts, tools, and equipment for personnel transportation.
Currently, the list of equipment that can be confiscated from citizens and companies includes:
passenger cars with a 4x4 wheel formula;
buses and trucks of all types (flatbed, dump trucks, refrigerated trucks, vans);
special and cargo-passenger vehicles;
tractor units and trailers;
tractors and self-propelled machines;
ATVs, small vessels, and motorcycles.
