Zelenskyy announced final agreement with USA on peace plan version
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that the final version of the peace plan to end the war has been agreed upon with the USA. According to him, the document is not ideal, but it looks quite decent.

Zelenskyy noted that the Ukrainian negotiating group is returning from the USA, and after its report, he will receive full information about the results of the meeting in Miami. The peace plan includes 20 points and already has a completed framework.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine emphasized that any peace agreement must take into account not only the signing of the document, but also security guarantees for the future. In particular, it refers to the reaction of the USA, European countries and partners in case of new aggression from Russia, the level of Ukraine's defense, the state of the army, the availability of reserves, and possible sanctions against the aggressor.
At the same time, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is actively promoting the introduction of new European Union sanctions against Russia. Additional restrictions are expected to be adopted by the end of the year against Russian organizations and Moscow's supporters. Sanctions may affect employees of the Russian military-industrial complex, including citizens of Russia and China, as well as individuals who use their sports activities to promote war.
Moscow reacted skeptically to this. Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov stated that the proposals of Ukraine and EU countries do not contribute to bringing about long-term peace and do not improve the peace process.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs once again emphasized that Moscow does not plan to attack EU or NATO countries. Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov proposed to formalize non-aggression guarantees in writing, while noting that the risk of confrontation between Russia and NATO remains high due to the actions of European states.
