The first fire of the year has already been recorded in Belarusian forests

On January 3, a fire was detected in the Staritsa Experimental Production Forestry, which is part of the Kopyl Experimental Forestry.

A hunter, who was near the incident site, informed the forestry workers about the fire.

The fire was quickly localized. The cause of the fire has not yet been established.
