Poll: More than half of Europeans consider Trump an "enemy of Europe"
According to the results of a poll conducted in several European countries, more than half of Europe's residents perceive Donald Trump as an enemy of Europe. The study was organized after his statements and threats to take control of Greenland, writes "European Truth".

The survey covered seven countries and was conducted for the Parisian platform Le Grand Continent, which focuses on discussing European issues.
51% of respondents called the US president an "enemy," while only 8% considered him a "friend." Another 9% noted that he was neither a friend nor an enemy to them, and 2% could not answer.
The most negative attitudes towards Trump are in Spain and Denmark — in both countries, 58% of respondents consider him an enemy. In Belgium, 56% of respondents took this position. In France and Germany, the figures are slightly lower — 55% and 53% respectively. In Italy, 52% of survey participants perceive Trump negatively.
Poland stands out: there, only 28% consider him an enemy of Europe, but only 17% of respondents called him a "friend."
Additionally, participants were asked how much they believe Trump adheres to democratic principles. Almost half — 44% — consider him a dictator. Only 10% believe he respects democracy. In France, Germany, Spain, and Italy, this assessment worsened by 7 percentage points compared to December. Even in Poland, only 13% of respondents are confident that Trump acts within democratic norms.
The poll was conducted from January 13 to 19 — after Trump's statements about his intention to establish control over Greenland.
It is also noted that in Germany, the majority of the population distrusts the US almost as much as Russia: 76% of Germans expressed distrust towards America, while 83% expressed distrust towards Russia. And in the UK, almost half of those surveyed consider Donald Trump an obstacle to peace in Ukraine.
