Train Moscow — Minsk is delayed by two and a half hours. It rammed a car at one of the crossings
The incident occurred in the morning at Gusino station in the Smolensk region.
Today at 10:19 AM, at a railway crossing, the driver of a Gazelle car drove onto the tracks in front of an approaching train.
The driver applied emergency braking, but the distance was insufficient, and a collision could not be avoided.
According to preliminary information, the car driver was hospitalized. Passengers and the locomotive crew were not injured.
The train proceeded to Gusino station, where it is awaiting a reserve composition to continue its route.
The train departed from Moscow at 6:20 AM and was scheduled to arrive in Minsk at 1:14 PM.
