The document aims to improve administrative procedures for citizens' applications. Registration of changes to land plots has been simplified. In case of a change to the boundary of a registered plot, a part of which is confiscated, it is now possible to use an electronic catalog of coordinates for boundary turning points along with the land management case, the State Committee on Property said.
A reduction in coefficients for land registration is also provided. For state forestry institutions and agricultural organizations that acquire plots on unused lands in rural settlements, lower coefficients for compensating registration-related expenses have been established.
Additionally, the registration of state-owned residential premises has been regulated. Procedures for transferring housing within the framework of Decree No. 388 of July 26, 2010, have been brought into line with current legislation.
