An interesting estate is for sale near Mir Castle. You can live there yourself or rent it out

The "Mirskiya Krynica" (Mir Springs) agro-estate is for sale two kilometers from Mir Castle. This country complex has many advantages: it's a picturesque area, a unique location, and a ready-made place for living or business, writes Realt.by.

The estate is located in the village of Harachki, Karelichy district. This settlement is surrounded by forest массивы, the Miranka River flows nearby, and right next to the complex grows an oak tree, whose age exceeds 400 years.

There are three capital houses located on the territory of the agro-estate. All of them were built in 2018. The main house with an attic has an area of 64 square meters. The exterior walls and finishing are made of natural wood, the floor is laid with natural board and tiles, and the roof is made of metal tiles.

The main house is equipped with a stove-fireplace, electric heating, a water heater, and air conditioning. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with all household appliances (induction hob, dishwasher), a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, and a separate bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped on the second floor. All rooms are already comfortably furnished.

Each guest house has an area of 30 square meters. The houses feature underfloor heating and spacious terraces. The entire complex is located on a plot of 65 ares (6500 sq meters). The territory already has fruit trees, as well as a children's playground, a barbecue area, and other additional buildings for comfortable relaxation.

In addition to the residential houses, there is a summer kitchen with a stove, household appliances, and a bathroom. Of course, there is also a gazebo with a capacity for up to 30 people, designed for large events. A bathhouse with a sauna and a plunge pool overlooking the surroundings has also not been forgotten.

The advertisement notes that the agro-estate is located in a small, quiet village on the edge of Naliboki Forest. These places, where several centuries ago were the hunting grounds of the Radziwill princes, offer an opportunity for complete immersion in nature, peace, and tranquility. Since the Miranka River flows very close by, in the future, the riverfront can be arranged for seasonal recreation.

The estate is suitable for both personal year-round living and for running a tourism business. The complex is being sold for 185 thousand dollars. It is noted that the owner is considering both a pure sale and an exchange for an apartment in Minsk.
