Russia destroyed about 150 kilograms of seeds imported from Belarus
In the Smolensk region, Russian customs officers stopped a car transporting approximately 10.5 thousand packets of tomato, pepper, cucumber, and cabbage seeds. The total weight of the cargo was about 150 kilograms.

The packaging indicated that the seeds originated from France, Belgium, and Japan, but the driver could not provide a phytosanitary certificate or other necessary documents.
The import of such seeds was prohibited, so the cargo was sent for disposal. The perpetrator was brought to administrative responsibility, reports Rosselkhoznadzor.
