The establishment is located near Dana Mall shopping center. The business is sold fully equipped — equipment, kitchen, website, Instagram account, and so on.
Black Pearl Sushi began operations in 2021. According to the founders' idea, the main focus was placed on premium quality raw materials — "not rice with seafood, but seafood with rice".
As Black Pearl Sushi founder Maxim Sviridov recounted, he and his wife invested $17,000 in the project at the start, and the first profit was received only after six months. In 2022, for further development, a 30% share was sold to a new partner.
Currently, the cheapest set ("Philadelphia", 1420 grams) is offered here for 180 rubles, the most expensive (White Gold, 1580 grams) — for 270. Last year, sushi and rolls began to be delivered in red velvet boxes.
