Maryna Adamovich published on Facebook new photos of her husband — Mykola Statkevich, who was released from the colony home after a stroke.
«Siesta and a session from the best therapists» — that's how Mykola Statkevich's wife captioned the new photos of her husband.
Mykola Statkevich was released on February 19 — he left intensive care after a stroke that occurred in detention on January 21.
Prior to that, contrary to its own laws, he was held incommunicado, and on September 11, they illegally tried to deport him from Belarus against his will.
When he physically resisted deportation, he was illegally returned to the colony — although according to documents he had been «pardoned». After the deportation attempt, Statkevich was held even without a minimum of personal belongings.
What led to the stroke is not yet known. Earlier, his wife reported that Mykola currently has — speech difficulties.
