60% of employees in Belarusian companies are dissatisfied with their salaries

According to the results of a survey by the rabota.by service, the majority of employees in Belarus are not satisfied with their salaries. 60% of the survey participants responded this way. At the same time, less than a quarter of respondents stated that their current income level satisfies them, writes Office Life.

For most employees, a high salary remains the main criterion when choosing a job – 78% of respondents believe so. This is followed by working conditions (44%) and a good team (41%).

When asked about the signs that indicate an employer values an employee, 60% noted a salary increase, 52% — considering advice and opinions, and 50% — paying bonuses.

Among the reasons for rejecting a job vacancy, a low salary is most often cited — 78% of survey participants noted this. Unofficial employment (49%) and negative reviews about the company (46%) also became important factors.

It was previously reported that 65% of rabota.by website users plan to change jobs within the next year. Over the last year, this indicator has increased by 10%.
