An indoor climbing wall is planned to be built in Minsk near the "Sportivnaya" metro station. The city has put up for auction the right to lease a land plot for this project. The future sports complex could appear next to Tivoli Park and the "Skala" shopping center, Realt.by reports .

The plot is located at Pyotra Glebki Street, 7C. Currently, it's an ordinary green area next to the road. There is also a school nearby, so it can be assumed that the climbing wall will be oriented, among other things, towards children and teenagers. The total area of the territory is about 44 hundredths of a hectare.

A building with an area of up to 1800 square meters is allowed to be erected on this site. It is planned that the complex will include an indoor climbing wall of approximately 800 "squares", as well as an underground parking lot of 1000 square meters.

The initial cost of the right to lease the plot is 42.4 thousand rubles, and another 12.9 thousand will need to be spent on preparing documents.
The auction is scheduled for April 15 and will take place at the Minsk City Real Estate Center.
