Taken to the forest to dig a grave. Pinchuk and friends kidnapped a man in the trunk out of jealousy
A story that began with a family quarrel and alcohol ended with a criminal case of unlawful deprivation of liberty. The Pinsk District Court delivered a verdict.

The incident occurred last autumn. The accused was drinking alcohol with friends outside the city when a dormitory neighbor called him and reported that an unknown man was in his wife's room. The enraged man, along with three acquaintances, including a 17-year-old teenager, immediately headed there.
To lure out the rival, the group resorted to a trick: the teenager knocked on the door and asked the man to come out into the corridor. There, the others attacked him, beat him, and forcibly pushed him into the car's trunk.
During the attack, the criminals threatened to take him to the forest so that he would "dig his own grave". The man managed to call the police from the trunk, but his phone was quickly taken away.
The kidnappers stopped several times along the way and continued to beat and intimidate the man, threatening to tie him to a tree. Eventually, the victim was released, with a demand not to report it to anyone.
The court found all four guilty of unlawful deprivation of liberty under Part 1 of Article 183 of the Criminal Code.
Three adult defendants received real sentences — from 1 year to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment.
The minor accomplice was sentenced to 1.5 years of home confinement.
