7-year-old boy hit by a car in Brest

In Brest, on Yakelchyk Street, a car hit a 7-year-old boy who was crossing the road.

According to preliminary information, around 5:45 PM, a 33-year-old driver in a Peugeot car was driving along Yakelchyk Street and hit a child near house No. 21. The boy was crossing the roadway outside a pedestrian crossing, from left to right in the direction of the car's movement.

As a result of the accident, the boy was taken to a medical facility for a health status assessment. An investigation into the incident is underway.
