The developer of the terminal software that refused to serve Lukashenka has been identified
Previously, we reported how, during Lukashenka's visit to the "Mac.by" restaurant, they boasted about a self-service ordering terminal, which at that very moment refused to process operations due to some technical glitch. The chain's director, Viktoria Danko, addressed a certain Dima who was present and involved in creating the software for this wonder-device. The publication Reform.news found out who that is.

"Dima" is Dmitry Khramtsevich, IT director at "Mac.by". He was involved in IT for the restaurant chain even when it operated under an American franchise — he started working in July 2019.
Before that, he worked for a year at the operator Life, three years at the Development Bank, and then another three years as deputy director of the unitary enterprise for services "BR-consult".
Dmitry studied from 2001 to 2006 at BSUIR, and from 2007 to 2011 received a law degree from BSU.
