Lukashenka introduced traditional visa-free entry for «Slavianski Bazaar»
In 2026, the international festival «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk» will take place from July 16 to 19. The corresponding decision was approved by an order of Alexander Lukashenka. During it, a visa-free regime has been introduced for foreign guests and participants of the festival.

The visa-free regime will be valid from July 4 to 31 and applies to citizens of 71 countries. To use the visa-free entry, one must have a ticket (in paper or electronic form) for festival events taking place in the Summer Amphitheater or the «Vitebsk» Concert Hall.
However, one ticket grants the right to a single entry into Belarus and only until the date of the event indicated on it.
Such a decision is not being made for the first time; providing participants and guests of «Slavianski Bazaar» with the opportunity to enter Belarus with tickets instead of visas has been practiced for a long time.
In addition, the composition of the festival's organizational committee was updated by Lukashenka's order.
