According to the register of creditors' claims, the company's debts amount to 5.3 million rubles, while only 10.2 thousand rubles remained in its bank account.
«24×7 Panoptes» has been the technical operator of the republican public safety monitoring system since 2017. The company developed a platform with software modules for processing video streams and other data from video surveillance systems, analytical modules, user notification services, tools for searching objects and events in large volumes of data, as well as access control and information security tools.
In 2022, the firm «24×7 Panoptes», being associated with the IT company «Synesis», fell under US sanctions. At the same time, «Beltelecom» received the status of the sole operator of the public safety monitoring system. As a result, the state enterprise, together with the former developers, began to cooperate closely, modernizing and expanding the monitoring system, which, among other things, was also used for mass repressions.
