According to data from Belhydromet, all rivers in Belarus have already completely cleared of ice. On large lakes and reservoirs, such as Naroch, Zaslaŭskaye reservoir, and Vileyka reservoir, ice still remains, but it is rapidly melting there too.

Currently, an active spring flood is observed on the rivers. Water has already spread to floodplains in many areas, especially in the basins of the Dnieper, Sozh, and Pripyat. Flooding is also noted in individual sections of the Neman, Viliya, and Berezina rivers.
Water levels continue to rise on most rivers — by an average of 1–11 cm per day. Only on the Viliya has a slight decrease been recorded. The most dangerous situation is observed on the Pronya River, where the water level is close to critical but rising slowly.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus, houses, yards, outbuildings, and roads have already been flooded in some districts of the Mogilev and Gomel regions.
Forecasters predict that in the coming days, water levels in rivers will continue to rise, and ice on reservoirs will continue to melt.
