Minsk police are conducting an investigation after an incident on Dzyarzhynsky Avenue, where a man was going onto the roadway and stopping cars.

Earlier, a video appeared online showing a man, presumably under the influence of alcohol. He was going onto the road and trying to stop cars.

As a result, police officers detained a 39-year-old resident of Minsk. After that, he was taken to a medical facility.
