"This is a signal to many of our partners on what should be pressured to reduce the level of this war, its intensity.
Russia has no good will. It must be forced to take certain steps necessary to reduce aggression, and let them then call these their 'gestures of good will.'"
"Belarus must not be involved in the war. There must be no operations against other European countries. There must be a worthy peace in this war of Russia against Ukraine," Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated.
The specific content of this package has not yet been reported.
