“On Saturday, May 23rd at 4:00 PM – a big meeting and presentation of my new book “Belarus – This is Sacred” in Warsaw,” Pavel wrote on social media.
Warsaw is the epicenter of the Belarusian movement outside Belarus.
I especially look forward to seeing my friends from the Belarusian Christian Democracy and those who wish to join at this meeting.
“Belarus – This is Sacred” collects 71 drawings of Belarusian churches that I drew for Frantsishak in prisons and colonies, until they were forbidden to be sent, as well as 71 sayings and 22 poems.
“I had to learn poems by heart, because in recent years letters with poems were also not released from prison. Most of these poems have never been published. I will be glad to see everyone at the meeting with whom I am currently friends only on social networks — to, as they say, 'de-virtualize',” wrote Pavel Seviarynets.
