For the first time, Ukrainian drones managed to penetrate the defense perimeter around the Russian capital. Drones unsuccessfully tried to break through to the oil refinery in Kapotnya in the southeast of Moscow (the latest video is below), but only managed to hit the Solnechnogorsk oil loading station in Durykino northwest of the city (first videos).
Two reservoirs are burning there. Pillars of black smoke are visible from all over Moscow.
Some drones struck industrial facilities in the Moscow region (Podmoskovye). Some drones suppressed by electronic warfare systems crashed into residential buildings.
The dissemination of information about the strikes in Russia is limited.

According to Russian authorities, more than 120 drones were shot down in the immediate vicinity of the capital within 24 hours. Russian authorities do not report the number of hits.
As a result of the night explosion, the Solnechnogorsk loading station caught fire. This large facility is part of the system of main oil pipelines around Moscow and is used for storing and shipping gasoline and diesel fuel.

A fire was also recorded at the Elma Technopark (Zelenograd). More than 150 residents work there, specializing in the production of microelectronics, optical equipment, and scientific research, ASTRA writes.
Currently, three deaths are known in the Moscow region (Podmoskovye). In Khimki, a drone hit a private house — a woman died. In Mytishchi, UAV debris killed two men at a construction site.
In Krasnogorsk and Istra, drones damaged apartment buildings, and in the village of Agrogorodok, six private houses were hit, with four people injured.

In Moscow itself, at least 12 people were injured.
According to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, air defense systems destroyed a total of 556 Ukrainian UAVs. Drones were shot down over the territories of Belgorod, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Voronezh, Tula, Smolensk, Pskov, Lipetsk, Tver, Rostov regions, Krasnodar Krai, Moscow region, annexed Crimea, and the waters of the Black and Azov Seas.
Until now, Moscow had only suffered incidental damage, and the level of support for the war there was the highest — because men from poorer regions of Russia predominantly went to the front.
