She transferred 600 rubles to scammers who were selling garden furniture via Instagram.

She saw an advertisement for beautiful furniture at an attractive price on an account that looked like a regular store with reviews and an active audience, writes Onliner.by.
Later, she was offered to move to Telegram to place an order.
— On Instagram, there was an advertisement for beautiful furniture with many reviews and an attractive price. That's how I fell for it.
The buyers sent payment details and convinced her that the store operates officially: they showed someone else's individual entrepreneur registration certificate.
After the money transfer, the seller stopped responding. Later, the Instagram account was deleted, however, according to the victim, the Telegram group continues to operate.
