Polina Lurie Sells Larisa Dolina's Apartment in Moscow, Over Which She Sued for a Year

She is selling it for twice the price she bought it for.

Polina Lurie is selling the very same apartment in Khamovniki, for which she sued Dolina for almost a year. The price of the most publicized lot on the Moscow real estate market starts from 200 million Russian rubles (about $2.5 million), Mash writes.

According to Mash, after winning in the Supreme Court, Lurie never moved into the five-room apartment with an area of 236 m². A design project had already been ordered for it, and renovations were planned to start by summer, but the work never began. Now the owner has decided to sell the property — without much publicity, as she fears facing a wave of hate.

At the same time, Dolina's decor has been preserved inside: furniture, interior, antiques, all the renovations the artist did for herself, and even parquet flooring with the singer's initials.

Lurie asked that potential buyers be vetted through lawyers. A deal with a Moscow millionaire for 200 million rubles is currently being discussed.

Lurie paid 112 million Russian rubles for the apartment. After the deal, Larisa Alexandrovna stated that she had become a victim of fraudsters. A long legal saga began, which concluded with the Supreme Court returning the apartment to Lurie in December 2025.
